Use the web app when you want the fastest path. Use a native app when Fortress should feel like part of the operating system. Native app surfaces add:
  • A dock or home-screen icon
  • A global quick-capture hotkey on desktop for dropping notes into your Inbox without switching apps
  • Phone-first capture, questions, review, and inbox flows for quick triage
If you only need to peek at the queue, the web app is identical and always up to date.
