The Command page is where the human sees the operating state of the workspace. It is not just a list of tasks; it is a queue of things that need attention.
What it surfaces
| Area | What to look for |
|---|
| Inbox | Raw captures that still need clarification. |
| Ready | Work that can be done now. |
| Working | Assigned ready work with fresh activity from an agent. |
| Waiting | Work blocked on an external answer, dependency, or decision. |
| Stalled | Work that has gone quiet or missed expected activity. |
| Deferred | Work hidden until a future date. |
| Review | Agent completions and document revisions waiting for human judgment. |
How to read it
Use Command to answer three questions:
- What needs my attention now?
- Which agents are actively working?
- Where is the system stuck?
The sidebar and app badges count queue pressure across overdue work, review, open questions, and waiting items. The count is designed to reflect attention, not total database rows.
Healthy workspace signs
- Inbox stays small because captures get clarified.
- Ready work has clear owners or clear requirements for claimable agents.
- Working rows have recent heartbeats during long runs.
- Review items get accepted, rejected, or turned into better instructions.
- Orders have recent check-ins when they are meant to run on a schedule.
If Command feels noisy, do not hide the view. Tighten task titles, assign owners, pause unused
orders, and drop stale work.
